This is where we get to work building and doing. Depending on your needs we might build a partner program or marketing collateral based on your ideal customer profile. Or, we might search for and connect with prospective partners and clients. The possibilities are numerous, and everything that we work on will follow from the growth strategy.

Our methodology employs an agile approach with clear responsibilities, daily touch bases on planned activities and blockers and regular “show and tell” sessions with finished or in-progress deliverables.

Collect

Collect and compile data from growth activities

We track your activities along the way to show objective progress. Ideally this means systems are set-up to collect and measure.

At times we’ll manually collect data critical to the growth function. Data from email open rates, an increasing count of followers on social media, customer acquisition costs and lifetime values will be updated and shared with transparency.

Evaluate

Evaluate performance of growth initiatives

Collected data will be used to determine the effectiveness of specific campaigns, and see trends over times.

These informed perspectives will allow the decisions to emphasize more of what’s working and to adjust the things that aren’t as successful as anticipated.

Improve

Leverage insights for improvement

We follow the principle that there is no failure except failure to learn. The adjustments that have been identified will be used to improve current collateral and approaches.
